Enligt professor Anna Syberfeldt \u00e4r dagens AGV:er f\u00f6r dyra \u00e4ven i de enklaste applikationerna. Och f\u00f6r dumma f\u00f6r mer komplicerade uppgifter.    <\/p>\n<p>Anna \u00e4r professor i produktionsteknik vid Institutionen f\u00f6r teknikvetenskap vid H\u00f6gskolan i Sk\u00f6vde. Hon leder forskargruppen Produktions- och automationsteknik, som best\u00e5r av \u00f6ver 40 forskare inom virtuell teknik. Gruppens forskning t\u00e4cker omr\u00e5den som simulering, optimering, robotik, beslutsst\u00f6dssystem och AR\/VR, och utf\u00f6rs och till\u00e4mpas till stor del i samarbete med partners inom tillverkningsindustrin.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Vi m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja om med AGV:er<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c4ven de mest grundl\u00e4ggande av dagens AGV:er \u00e4r f\u00f6r dyra\u201d, s\u00e4ger hon. \u201cDet finns f\u00f6r stor ovilja att g\u00e5 ifr\u00e5n gamla plattformar och f\u00f6r lite incitament att s\u00e4nka priserna. Vi m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja om, fr\u00e5n grunden.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Den framtida f\u00f6rhoppningen f\u00f6r AGV:er \u00e4r att de blir mycket mer flexibla. De \u00e4r mindre och kan arbeta tillsammans i sv\u00e4rmar. Sm\u00e5 batchstorlekar \u00e4r ekonomiska. Massproduktion och transportband f\u00f6rsvinner. Det inneb\u00e4r en h\u00f6g grad av AI om vi ska minimera m\u00e4ngden programmering som kr\u00e4vs.\u201d Samma AI m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rst\u00e5 s\u00e4kerhetsfr\u00e5gor och implementera en h\u00f6g s\u00e4kerhetsniv\u00e5 f\u00f6r att skydda mot cyberattacker som kan st\u00f6ra industrin.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c4ven om programmering av AGV:er blir enklare, kommer framtida AGV:er att beh\u00f6va kunna l\u00e4ra sig och programmera sig sj\u00e4lva\u201d, s\u00e4ger Anna. \u201cAI:n kommer att beh\u00f6va snabba, kraftfulla processorer och precisions-GPS, till exempel.\u201d Framtiden f\u00f6r AGV:er beror dock p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n smart programvara. H\u00e5rdvaran \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktig.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00e5rdvara \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anna lyfter fram lyftbord bland de h\u00e5rdvaror som spelar en viktig roll i framtidens AGV:er: \u201cDe kommer inte bara att bidra till att skapa mer ergonomiska arbetsplatser, utan \u00e4ven f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sj\u00e4lva produktionslinjerna. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r vi s\u00e4rskilt glada \u00f6ver att samarbeta med f\u00f6retag som Hymo-VPG.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Anna har \u00e4ven en roll som forskningschef p\u00e5 ASSAR Industrial Innovation Arena i Sk\u00f6vde. Institutionen omfattar Science Park Sk\u00f6vde, H\u00f6gskolan i Sk\u00f6vde, IDC West Sweden AB, Volvo Car Corporation och Volvokoncernen. Syftet med ASSAR-projektet \u00e4r att etablera en v\u00e4rldsledande integrerad fysisk och virtuell utvecklingsmilj\u00f6 f\u00f6r forskning, teknisk utveckling, innovation och utbildning.  <\/p>\n<p>Bilderna visar n\u00e5gra av de p\u00e5g\u00e5ende projekten p\u00e5 ASSAR, med Hymo-VPG <a href=\"https:\/\/hymo.com\/sv\/lyftbord\/\">lyftbord<\/a> monterade p\u00e5 experimentella AVG-lyftare. I takt med att AVG-lyftborden blir mindre kommer de ocks\u00e5 att beh\u00f6va mindre lyftbord.
