Il est facile de dire que le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans le v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 guidage automatique (AGV) et de penser qu&rsquo;il est r\u00e9solu. Or, cela ne fonctionnera pas. Selon la professeure Anna Syberfeldt, les AGV actuels sont trop co\u00fbteux, m\u00eame pour les applications les plus simples, et trop peu performants pour les t\u00e2ches plus complexes.    <\/p>\n<p>Anna est professeure d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie de production \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9cole des sciences de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Sk\u00f6vde, en Su\u00e8de. Elle dirige le groupe de recherche \u00ab&nbsp;Ing\u00e9nierie de la production et de l&rsquo;automatisation&nbsp;\u00bb, compos\u00e9 de plus de 40 chercheurs en ing\u00e9nierie virtuelle. Les recherches du groupe couvrent des domaines tels que la simulation, l&rsquo;optimisation, la robotique, les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e\/r\u00e9elle virtuelle (RA\/RV), et sont men\u00e9es et appliqu\u00e9es en grande partie en coop\u00e9ration avec des partenaires du secteur manufacturier.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Il faut recommencer avec les AGV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab M\u00eame les AGV les plus basiques d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui sont trop chers \u00bb, dit-elle. \u00ab Il y a trop de r\u00e9ticences \u00e0 abandonner les anciennes plateformes et trop peu d&rsquo;incitations \u00e0 baisser les prix. Il faut tout reprendre \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. \u00bb <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;avenir esp\u00e9r\u00e9 des AGV r\u00e9side dans leur flexibilit\u00e9 accrue. Plus petits, ils peuvent travailler en essaim. Les petits lots sont \u00e9conomiques. La production de masse et le tapis roulant disparaissent. Cela n\u00e9cessite un haut niveau d&rsquo;IA, si nous voulons minimiser la programmation n\u00e9cessaire. \u00bb Cette m\u00eame IA devra \u00e9galement comprendre les enjeux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et mettre en \u0153uvre un niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour se prot\u00e9ger des cyberattaques susceptibles de perturber le secteur.  <\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Bien que la programmation des AGV soit de plus en plus facile, les futurs v\u00e9hicules autonomes devront \u00eatre capables d&rsquo;apprendre et de se programmer eux-m\u00eames \u00bb, explique Anna. \u00ab L&rsquo;IA aura besoin de processeurs rapides et puissants et d&rsquo;un GPS de pr\u00e9cision, par exemple. \u00bb Cependant, l&rsquo;avenir des AGV ne repose pas uniquement sur des logiciels intelligents. Le mat\u00e9riel est \u00e9galement important.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>Le mat\u00e9riel est \u00e9galement important<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anna souligne que les tables \u00e9l\u00e9vatrices font partie des \u00e9quipements essentiels aux AGV du futur&nbsp;: \u00ab &nbsp;Elles contribueront non seulement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des postes de travail plus ergonomiques, mais aussi \u00e0 transformer les lignes de production elles-m\u00eames. C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement heureux de collaborer avec des entreprises comme Hymo-VPG.&nbsp; \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Anna occupe \u00e9galement le poste de directrice de la recherche \u00e0 l&rsquo;ASSAR Industrial Innovation Arena de Sk\u00f6vde. Cette institution regroupe le Science Park Sk\u00f6vde, l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Sk\u00f6vde, IDC West Sweden AB, Volvo Car Corporation et le groupe Volvo. L&rsquo;objectif du projet ASSAR est de cr\u00e9er un environnement de d\u00e9veloppement physique et virtuel int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de premier plan pour la recherche, le d\u00e9veloppement technologique, l&rsquo;innovation et l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation.  <\/p>\n<p>Les photos montrent quelques projets en cours chez ASSAR, avec <a href=\"https:\/\/hymo.com\/fr\/tables-elevatrices\/\">des tables \u00e9l\u00e9vatrices<\/a> Hymo-VPG mont\u00e9es sur des AVG exp\u00e9rimentaux. La taille r\u00e9duite des AVG n\u00e9cessitera des tables \u00e9l\u00e9vatrices plus petites.
